Spring Flight
Students: Tammy LePham, Judith Ng, Gita Widjaja Artist Inspiration: Nendo Once upon a time, the world was cold and blue. A young butterfly named Papillon was trying to sleep, but she was afraid. Not far from where she was, a giant wise log was looking out for her: “Hi my dear, don’t be afraid. You can stay with me tonight.” Papillon smiled and crawled into the log’s warm hollow and slept soundly. Days, months, and years passed, and they became good friends. Papillon noticed that her wings camouflaged into the wise old log after awhile and she felt safe. She was growing stronger everyday. One morning, Papillon gathered her courage to step outside again. It was beautiful. “It’s time,” the wise log smiled. Colorful flowers, green grass. |
